Industrial Automation Group LLC is an industrial services provider that specializes in the areas of automation, enterprise and control systems integration, software engineering, and hardware design. Our primary
industrial markets are biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices, food and beverage, and utilities.
Our history
The original founders of the company, based in Puerto Rico, are professional engineers with experience in electronics and automation. The founders started their professional careers with their first solution proposal and delivery under Plátano Engineering. Plátano Engineering then went on to debut as a brand bringing simple and cost effective solution implementations to industrial automation.
With an increasing demand for Computer Engineering and Power Engineering specialties, the founders established a process to find and attract the best engineers pursuing their engineering degrees and eventually graduating from University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez to be a part of the concept.
After 15 years of experience in the industrial automation industry, Industrial Automation Group LLC was formed with the purpose of providing consulting and technical support services to the industries of the island of Puerto Rico.
Today, Industrial Automation Group LLC provides engineering services to Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Biotechnology industries in the island providing expertise in the areas of computer, electrical, industrial, and chemical engineering. Our group is committed to adding value through quality and customer satisfaction.
